**Objective:**

The hole in your roof is a weakness. Something *knows* about it. The only way to keep it out is to gather enough wood to seal the gap before night swallows the sky. But the forest… the forest is awake, and it is hunting.

**How to Play:**

1. **Collect Wood Before It's Too Late:**  

   Venture into the dark woods to gather wood for your roof. Each tree felled buys you precious seconds. Press **[Space]** to cut them down, but don’t take your eyes off the **Wood Bar** – the amount you’ve gathered is the only thing keeping you alive. 

2. **Watch the Purple Bar – Time Slips Away:**  

   As you gather, the **Purple Bar** will drain. It’s not just your time running out—it’s your safety, your light, your last defense. When the purple fades, the forest will claim you, and there will be nowhere left to hide.

3. **Finish or Face the Dark:**  

   Once the **Wood Bar** is full, you can head home. If you hesitate, if you wait too long, the darkness will devour everything. Including you.

Press **[E]** to begin… but know this: when you step into the forest, you are not alone. Something watches, and it is patient.

- **The Yellow Trees Are Alive:**  

   The **Yellow Trees** are more than just obstacles. They *see* you. They *want* you. And they will not let you escape easily. You can try to cut them, but be ready—they will fight back.

- **The Purple Bar is Your Lifeline:**  

   The **Purple Bar** is more than just time. It’s the last thread tying you to this world. When it drains, the forest will shift, and something… *hungry* will begin to stir. Keep moving. Keep chopping. Do not let the purple run dry.

- **Do Not Linger:**  

   When your **Wood Bar** is full, run. There’s no time for second chances. Once the forest turns, it will never let you leave.
